"The citizen casts her vote in this module. She chooses a candidate and swears an oath of loyalty by placing her hand on a tome that represents the political party's ideology. With her hand on the book, she must wait thirty seconds while a bell slowly rises. If the bell reaches the top, it is struck to ring. Sometimes the bell rings and the voter obtains satisfaction from their vote. Other times the vote is silently passed by an nonstruck bell - the voter feels ignored. The oath, bible-shaped books, and bells pose questions about separation of church and state. The long voting time poses questions about the commitment and consequences of choosing a candidate." - Richard
