This is a transcription of Patsy Cline's rendition of "Walkin' After Midnight" (1961), which was written by Alan Block and Donn Hectch. It harkens back to the spirit of synthesizer cover-albums, such as "Switched on Bach" by Wendy Carlos, and also to midi renditions of pop songs. It is playful and slightly sarcastic in its robotic-like sonic deconstruction. It is also a study on arranging sounds over time and an exercise in sound synthesis and mixing.
